The transportable DS Top Sound is the smallest of the two-manual DS organs from Böhm. The two manuals have 49 keys, the pedal is optional. Like all Böhm organs since 1980, it has a digital system with up to 16 foot positions and electronic key contacts (one contact per key with data bus), chorus vibrato, string orchestra, DS synthesizer and active sine filtering. The model was available in various wood and artificial leather versions and could be assembled as a kit organ. 

The tone generator is a computer IC with 8 octaves. The upper manual has 15 + 10 nine-voice stops, 9 sine drawbars, sine percussion and presets, the lower manual 8 five-voice stops and 5 sine drawbars, the pedal 4 four-voice stops with resonance. The sounds are sawtooth organ sound, square sound, sine sound, synth effects. The organ also has sine drawbars, reverb, pedal resonance, Multi Contour Computer, Magic Soloist, an electronic Leslie simulation and sine presets.
