The ELKA EM-13 MIDI bass pedal probably came on the market in 1985, a B-edition with an additional reset button in 1987. It is a pure MIDI controller without sound generation. The midi channel is adjustable 1-7. The 13 foot pedals cover an octave (c-c). The instrument can be played in mono or poly mode and has neither velocity nor aftertouch.
