Crumar Bit 99 Analog Synthesizer
The instrument
Shortly after the first synthesiser in the BIT series, the BIT ONE, the BIT 99 and its rack version BIT 01 appeared in 1995. Shortly afterwards, Crumar developed the little-known BIT MMK Midi Master Keyboard. As the BIT ONE is only rudimentarily equipped with Midi, the Midi was expanded for the other BITs.
Details
Like the BIT ONE, the BIT 99 is a 6-voice analogue synthesizer with a 61-note keyboard on a DCO basis and is equipped with 2 DCOs, 2 LFOs, 1 VCF, 1 VCA and 2 ENVs per voice. It also has a stereo mode that allows the sound to switch randomly between the right and left channels. All waveforms of the DCOs can be activated together. The BIT 99 has better MIDI possibilities, a sound chain function and 99 patches, 75 single programs and from 76 to 99 for "split" or "double" modes. (Quelle: Amazona)
