The instrument

The fully transistorized, polyphonic organ ET 6-2 is a further development of the TO series of the Weltmeister models, which have been produced as transistor organs since the late 1960s. The model has two manuals. The single-manual ET 6-1 was launched at the same time. 

Details

The ET 6-2 has an upper and a lower manual with 49 keys each and a pedal with 17 keys. The upper manual has 6 courses with the foot positions 16', 8', 4', 2', 2/3', 2', 1 3/5', the lower manual has 3 courses. The pedal (C-E) has foot positions 16' and 8' and adjustable sustain. Effects include vibrato, percussion, percussion repeat, reverb, trouth and wah-wah via a knee swell that controls a VCF (low pass filter). The flutes can be added to the fixed registers. These can also be used as percussion stops, with freely adjustable decay time, reverb and vibrato, which is freely adjustable in frequency and amplitude. The organ has 12 LC generators, one for each note, which are switched to the respective foot positions using octave dividers.
