«Was die Pioniere richtig machten…und was heute davon bleibt…»The Swiss musician Bruno Spoerri is one of the international pioneers of electronic music. He has been a musical thinker and an unconventional innovator for many decades. In recent years, unreleased and unavailable works have been reissued on Finders Keepers and the swiss label WRWTFWW. Samples from Jay-Z made his sounds known to a wider audience. Spoerri is a musical pioneer and an inspirational companion of numerous musicians. Spoerri was honoured with the Swiss Jazz Award (2017) and nominated for the Swiss Federal Music Prize (2015). Spoerri is also the author of the books « Jazz in der Schweiz. Geschichte und Geschichten » (2005) and «Musik aus dem Nichts. Geschichte der elektroakustischen Musik in der Schweiz» (2010).
