The small LEM DM 1508 mixing console probably came onto the market around 1990, when the DJ boom had broken out and many labels were looking for a new field of business. 

The LEM 1508 has 3 line / mic channels, 
5 line / phono channels, 2 masters, 2 headphone outputs, an output for monitors, an output for lights, an output / input for effects, a built-in limiter on each channel and one on the masters and an Auto Fader. It is adjustable from -6 to +10 db.
