Telewatt Klein & Hummel V-112 Amplifier Mixer

The instrument

The Telewatt V-112 amplifier from Klein & Hummel was sold from 1957 to 1960, at the same time as the V-120. Klein & Hummel were relatively late to the market with such devices, where competitors such as Williamson and Siemens (Albiswerk) had been present since the 1940s and TruVoice and Hohner, for example, were already offering amplifiers with built-in loudspeakers.

Details

The V-112 is a low-frequency amplifier with an
AC supply of 110-240 volts and an output of 7 watts. This model requires external loudspeakers. The six vacuum tubes ECC83, ECL82, 2 x EL84, EZ81 and one transistor OA81 are built in.
