The Binson P.E. 603-T Echo appeared in 1969 in a version with tubes. Transistorised models were also available from 1971. The echo was designed as part of a set with Max Power P.O. 601, Pre-Mixer Echo P.A. 602 and Regulator P.V. 604.

This Binson P.E. 603 Echo is a model with tubes. It is equipped with the following types: 7 x ECC 83, 2 x ECC 82 and EM84. By combining the four playback heads via the individual head selector switches, numerous effects can be created for simple echo repeats or complex multiple repeats via the four feedback switches in repeat or swell mode. The Echo / Repeat switches toggle between a single echo or multiple repeats, with the Length Of Swell pot controlling the strength of the feedback.
