The FR-2L is a virtually identical model to the FR-1, but it was produced in a smaller wood cabinet and has slightly fewer rhythm combination options. 

16 preset patterns: March, Sniffle, Cha-Cha, Mambo, Samba, Rumba, Beguine, Tango, Swing, Fox Trot, Bossa Nova, Slow Rock, Rock'n Roll, Western, Dixieland, Waltz. Three buttons to manually play each instrument voice, which included cymbal, claves and bass drum.
