Boss RC-20 Loop Station Phrase Recorder Pedal

The RC-20 Loop Station launched in 2001 is a compact phrase recording and sampling pedal. It has a long sampling time of up to 5 1/2 minutes, Guide Click and Loop Quantize functions, Realtime Tempo Change and hands-free control.

The RC-20 has stores up to 10 looped phrases and an one-shot phrase and 5 1/2 minutes total sampling time. The Realtime Tempo Change function allows for changing recorded samples' tempo without .changing pitch, the Overdub function for creation of sound-on-sound loops. 
There are mic input, Instrument input and auxiliary input for sampling vocals or pre-recorded audio–even simultaneously, an Auto Start who begins sampling automatically with incoming audio and a reverse sample playback on the fly.
