The SA-09 is an analog, polyphonic synthesizer with a keyboard of 44 keys for 3 1/2 octaves. It has four organ sounds with different modes and mixes. The RS-09 from Roland is similar, but has an additional string section.
The four basic sounds for organ produce, among other things, a sine-like oscillation form and sawtooth. The four foot positions 8', 4', 2', 1' can be mixed. A monophonic VCO can be switched in for attack. The envelope has two attack variants for organ and piano with decay. There is also a low-pass filter, a modulator for chorus and vibrato (LFO), a switch for octaving (- 1 octave), a tone control and a sustain whose duration can be adjusted.
