Akai MPC 2000 Midi Production Center - Sampler and Sequencer

The instrument

The Akai MPD 2000, which was released in 1997 as the successor to the AMP 3000, is a 64-track sequencer with a built-in sampler. It is greatly simplified compared to its predecessor, but can be expanded with add-ons. It was the first MPC from Akai that was not developed by Roger Linn.
